Thank you for choosing RYZZFIT for your fitness needs. We aim to provide you with the best service possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds.

 

**Refund Eligibility**

 

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation within 14 Days: In accordance with German law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded. This applies to both single sessions and memberships purchased online.

Services Commenced During the Withdrawal Period: If the service (such as a training session) has already begun within the 14-day withdrawal period, customers may still cancel but will only be refunded for the portion of the service not yet provided.

Cancellation after 14 Days: Beyond a 14 days time after purchase, only medical invalidity of more than 14 days ora permatent moving out of Berlin can lead to a refund (if requested). For both of these cases, official proofs must be provided. Only the not-already performed classes will be refunded.

**Refund Amount**

Full Refund: Customers who cancel their purchase within 14 days and before the service has commenced are entitled to a full refund of the total session or membership fee.

Partial Refund: If the service has already started during the 14-day period, customers will receive a partial refund, calculated based on the portion of the service already provided.

**How to Request a Refund**

**Refund Processing**

 

Once a refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

**Exceptions**

 

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

 

1. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window.

2. No-shows or missed appointments.

3. Services rendered beyond the cancellation period.

 

**Changes to the Refund Policy**

 

RYZZFIT reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, but any changes will comply with German law. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
